I wanted to take a minute to express my Zazengo Team Working Project gratitude this week to Michael.

We probably have the most random communication styles in the way our working tasks play out.  We challenge each other and disagree and then walk each other through pieces to get to a better place together.

At first I was resistant to having calls about certain things... and so was he.  But then we had to for one thing... and not it's funny.  I look forward to them.  I collect the pieces and turn over to Michael with my rationale... and always end with "But I am totally open here and I think if we work together we can figure out something much better."  The next morning - usually by 10 am we have jumped on the line, riffed on the concept and come up with something kickass ass in less than an hour.  Even more important or amazing... he usually delivers me a copy by the end of day.

We get excited and it's great!  It makes for better work.  I appreciate that.
